Mr Anthony Lim Heng Yong
Managing Director
Mr Lim graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1991.
With over 30 years of practice, Mr Lim has been involved in a wide variety of real estate matters, including:-
Acting for vendors and purchasers of residential, commercial and industrial properties (including JTC properties), including part share and sub-purchase transactions;
Representing major banks and financial institutions in redemption, refinancing and mortgages of retail housing loans, staff loans, commercial property loans and mortgagee sale transactions;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of contracts for the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties (including JTC properties);
Reviewing and advising clients of tenancy agreements; and
Acting for the CPF Board in the disbursement and refund of CPF monies.
Mr Lim also conducts lectures and talks regularly at various events for numerous property agencies. In August 2014, he was invited to speak at MyPaper Advance Series Seminar, an event organized by Singapore Press Holdings for members of the public, wherein he shared about the legal procedures in respect of the purchase of Executive Condominiums.
Mr Lee Wei Fan
Director & Head of Litigation
Wei Fan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2012, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013.
Wei Fan specializes in litigation practice, and deals with a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to criminal, civil and matrimonial cases. Wei Fan has experience in handling a myriad of matter spanning across a wide spectrum of the law.
Mr Tan Han Quan, Timothy
Associate Director
Timothy was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019 and has since built a specialised practice focused on real estate, trusts, and tax law. Drawing on significant experience in both private practice and inhouse roles, he advises some of the region’s wealthiest individuals and families on matters spanning personal wealth, luxury real estate transactions, corporate structuring, and succession planning.
In private practice, Timothy has acted in numerous conveyancing matters, including the sale and purchase of residential, HDB, commercial, and industrial properties ranging from completed developments to those under construction. His expertise extends to complex property transactions involving trust structures and Court-ordered transfers. He has advised on and drafted a wide array of legal instruments, including sale and purchase agreements, mortgage and refinancing documents, auction sale terms, tenancy agreements, trust deeds, and other bespoke arrangements tailored to high-value transactions.
Timothy’s in-house experience includes serving as legal counsel to a prominent Asian family, where he played a key role in advising a single-family office. In this role, he provided strategic legal oversight and support across a wide spectrum of matters from investment structuring and joint ventures to philanthropic initiatives as well as risk management spanning industries such as technology, real estate, and luxury goods. His contributions included the review and negotiation of complex legal agreements and the development of tailored legal solutions aligned with the family’s long-term goals.
With his strong grasp of both legal and commercial considerations, Timothy brings a unique blend of technical skill, discretion, and practical insight. His dual background in private practice and the family office environment enables him to craft bespoke, effective solutions that meet the complex needs of individual and institutional clients.

Ms Oei Su-Ying, Renee Nicolette
Legal Associate & Deputy Head of Litigation
Renee graduated from the University of Southampton and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
Renee is a Dispute Resolution lawyer with a broad practice in commercial, civil, criminal and family disputes, acting as both assisting counsel and lead counsel in matters at various levels of the Singapore Courts as well as court and private mediations. Her work includes personal injury and various general insurance claims, contractual claims, commercial and property disputes, debt recovery and defamation.
Renee has particular experience in all aspects of family law ranging from matrimonial law, wills and probate, mental capacity and adoption matters. Particularly, Renee has specialist experience in contentious family disputes, ranging from divorces and associated ancillary matters, to cases of domestic violence and other children’s issues. She also has experience dealing with complex cross-border cases involving child abduction and relocation applications.
Ms Jeanette Lai Yanling
Legal Associate
Jeanette was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
She regularly represents both individuals and corporations in a wide range of conveyancing matters, including the sale and purchase of residential, HDB, commercial, and industrial properties—both completed properties and those under construction. Her expertise extends to advising on and drafting Option-to-Purchase agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, tenancy agreements, auction sale options, mortgagee sale options, Trust Deeds, and part-sale and purchases (decoupling). She is also experienced in handling transfers of property pursuant to an Order of Court, as well as refinancing and mortgage loan redemptions. Additionally, Jeanette represents financial institutions in mortgage, refinancing, and additional facility transactions, preparing the necessary security documents.
Before focusing on real estate, Jeanette began her legal career in matrimonial and family-related disputes. She has assisted in a broad range of cases, including contentious divorces, judicial separations, division of matrimonial assets, and disputes over custody, care and control, and access. She has represented clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts. Additionally, Jeanette has advised and assisted clients in Mental Capacity Act deputy applications, applications for Grant of Representation, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and bespoke Wills.
Ms Chong Xin Ling, Agatha
Legal Associate
Agatha was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020. Her legal work experience includes matters involving real estate conveyancing such as sale, purchase, financing and refinancing of completed and uncompleted private properties. In addition to her experience in retail conveyancing.
Agatha has also been involved in a wide variety of matters such as acting for banks, the Housing Development Board and the CPF board.
Mr Wee Guang Ming
Legal Associate
Guang Ming was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.
His primary area of practice is real estate and conveyancing. He regularly represents both individuals and companies in the sale, purchase, financing, and refinancing of completed private properties and buildings under construction, including part-sale and purchases, sub-sale, and sub-purchases. His work includes reviewing and advising on Option-to-Purchase agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, tenancy agreements, mortgages, and other bank security documents, as well as preparing and registering land transaction instruments with the Singapore Land Authority. Additionally, Guang Ming represents major banks and financial institutions in mortgage, redemption, and refinancing matters, handling the preparation of related security documents.
Before focusing on real estate and conveyancing, Guang Ming gained extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas, including civil and commercial litigation, corporate advisory, general corporate matters, and Wills and Probate. He has assisted in contractual, family, and employment disputes, as well as defamation cases. His corporate experience includes advising on and drafting commercial contracts, family agreements, SGX announcements and circulars for listed companies, and statutory registers and corporate records. Guang Ming has also assisted in applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Powers of Attorney.
Ms Gan Wen Xuan
Legal Associate
Wen Xuan was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
Her practice primarily focuses on real estate and conveyancing. She represents clients in the sale and purchase, sub-sale, sub-purchase, and refinancing of HDB flats, private properties, and properties under construction. She also acts for financial institutions and CPF Board in connection with these transactions. Wen Xuan regularly advises on legal instruments including Options to Purchase, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, mortgage documents, and other security instruments.
Additionally, Wen Xuan has had experience in probate matters as well as drafting Powers of Attorney and Wills.
Mr Firdaus Buhari
Legal Associate
Mr Buhari was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in May 2023.
His primary practice spans all aspects of banking and real estate, including retail and corporate conveyancing. He acts for a broad range of clients, including private individuals, financial institutions, corporate entities, developers, and CPF Board. His work encompasses sale and purchase, redemptions, refinancing, sub-sales, sub-purchases, transactions involving completed and uncompleted properties, landlord–tenant matters, due diligence, legacy planning (including Islamic), and drafting.
Prior to his admission, Mr Buhari trained in a full-service law practice, gaining exposure to civil, criminal, and family law matters in both the High Court and the State Courts.

[2024] SGHC 271 Contentious sale of a GCB (by way of Tender);
Acted in the sale of a GCB affected by Mareva Injunction;
Acted in the sale of a $80m GCB;
Acted for the purchaser in a mortgagee sale;
Acted in the sale and purchase of JTC, SLA, HDB and URA properties (including leaseback transactions); and
Rendering advice to digital banks (Singapore).
Mr Buhari is also a dedicated volunteer lawyer with Pro Bono SG and currently serves on the Executive Council of Jamiyah Singapore for the 2024–2026 term.

Mr Mervyn Tan Chye Long
Senior Consultant
Mr Tan was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1995, and has been practicing law for over 28 years in areas of Conveyancing & Property Law, Criminal Law, Civil & Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Family & Matrimonial Law and Probate & Administration of Estates. He was involved in a very complicated trial that lasted 62 days. Mr Mervyn Tan achieved the distinction of arguing an Appeal in the International Olympic Council in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is equally apt in corporate work. His experience in conveyancing arose from corporate clients.
